Your opinion matters to us. Tell us how we can improve our games for you and send us your feature requests. Newer versions of our games often include enhancements from suggestions we receive.
If you’re reporting a bug, please make sure you have the latest version of the game. The bug may have already been squashed.
Be as specific as possible when reporting bugs. If you get an error window tell us everything in the window. Our games have thousands of lines of code and we cannot pinpoint the problem without specific details. Thank you!
You can send your feature requests and bug reports to: email@example.com
If you haven’t heard from us
We fulfill activation keys anywhere from twice a day to several times a day. If you haven’t received an email from us within 48 hours, we may be having trouble contacting you. Email us to let us know that you have not received our emails. We will then post our email to you on a web page. We’ve set up a special registration page to address this as many of you have email filters that are overly aggressive. Common reasons you won’t receive our emails:
- You typed in your email address incorrectly when you registered
- Your mailbox is full
- Your email settings are set to not accept mail from anyone who isn’t on your buddy list
- Your email server is having a problem
- You’ve set your mail settings to block any unknown email addresses from reaching you (through your spam filter) so our emails are being deleted before reaching your mailbox
Try emailing us again, and if you have more than one email address, send us the others. That way if there is a problem with one, we can try an alternate. Do not assume that just because you are receiving SOME emails you are receiving ALL emails. We fill all activation keys/registration codes by email so we must be able to reach you.
The most important issue is that we need your Game Code in order to provide an activation key. If you’ve sent the Game Code we can post your activation key on the web page, but if we don’t have your Game Code we cannot even generate a registration number for you. In your email telling us you haven’t heard from us, make sure to include the Game Code.
Launch the game and you’ll find the Game Code in the Registration menu. On a Macintosh this is at the top of your computer screen. On Windows it’s at the top of the game window.
