Registration numbers are sent to you via email. Many of you have very aggressive email filters to eliminate junk mail, spam, viral mail, and so forth. While this cuts down on the amount of junk mail you receive, it often eats desireable mail such as ours. Hotmail recently made a change where emails sent to a good friend did not arrive in his box, even though previously he always received them. The email address I used was not on his buddy list, and though the emails were normal emails, they were deleted by Hotmail. You should not assume that because you are receiving SOME emails, you are receiving ALL emails.

For those of you who've emailed us that you have not received the emails we sent you, we will repost an abbreviated version of the outgoing emails here. We suggest that you put us on your email buddy list so that we can communicate with you in the future, such as if you have a tech support problem or are upgrading to a new version. Send that to us and we'll post your activation key here. We've attempted to email you several times with the request and as we haven't heard from you, we're assuming you didn't receive the emails.
